A Registered Adult Nurse, Selena is also a qualified Mentor for Student Nurses. Before joining Cedars Care Group, Selena held the position of Clinical Service Manager at a BUPA care home with 120 beds for five years. As the Home Manager at Ash Croft House, she is dedicated to ensuring her team deliver the best care for residents in a boutique hotel style setting.
A mother of three boys, Selena lives locally and is very close to her immediate family –her mother and sisters. The importance of preserving close family ties is something that Selena is passionate about, and hopes that this reflects in her home, her team and the residents in their care at Ash Croft
