Residents at local care home, Broadway Halls enjoyed a movement to music workout. Danica is General Manager at the home she told us about the activity "Everyone enjoyed the fun and games but in reality we were strengthening body muscles and improving body movements and posture. We hold regular exercise sessions for our residents to actively participate in to the best of their abilities."
