The Grosvenor Hotel award ceremony was packed with over 1100 hopeful candidates from all over England, Ireland and Wales representing mainly the National Health Service, it was announced that the final tally for entrants was over 1000.

There was an air of expectancy as the presentations got under way, then we got to the most coveted category ‘QUALITY CARE’. Against all odds, HALE PLACE was announced the WINNER for delivering excellent care, year on year, for 26 years. The judges stated our presentation was the ‘best’ they have ever seen and that the evidence of quality was indisputable.
