Course Description

The Pressure Care course provides learners with an understanding of pressure ulcers and who may be at risk of developing them. Learners will gain the knowledge and skills required to prevent the development of pressure sores (ulcers), how to recognise the first signs of a pressure ulcers and how to prevent them from worsening. This course focuses on a proactive approach to pressure care in the health and social care sector.
