This course is an extension of what you have learned on the chair-based exercise course. In this course, you will learn about the parachute games that you can incorporate in your chair-based exercise classes. You will find explanations, photographs and videos detailing how each activity should be carried out and the guidelines for doing so.
Please note that you must already have a Chair-based Exercise Instructing certificate for this CPD course (also important for validity of insurance). If you have a Seated Recreational Physical Activity certificate from us already then you will not need to enrol on this course as you will have already covered this content.
