Course Description

The course combines two “Teams” meetings with a pharmacist trainer, either side of self-study hours using our comprehensive accredited distance learning materials. These materials include a series of seven activities/exercises which need to be correctly completed and returned for review.
As well as structured guidelines on assessing competency of staff administering medicines, the course includes discussion of case studies, and examples of problems such as medication errors and how to avoid them.
Competency with Medicines is ideal for managers, senior staff and team leaders. (Charged per head – maximum of 8 delegates per course).
