Course Description

This course allows the learners to understand all of the principles required for the safe administration of medication.
Not exhaustive but it includes relevant legislation and regulatory requirements, the full audit trail (from ordering to disposal), categories of medication, documentation (end electronic), incidents, 6 "R"s etc
Please note, this course does not allow learners to then administer the medication as "competent". The customer is then expected to carry out their own internal competency assessments.
