Bluebell is a home that supports residents who are living with Dementia who are at various stages of their journey, and our staff are trained to support the residents with their needs, providing they can maintain the resident's safety. We understand that the home had lots of communication with your family as it became clear that the staff were experiencing difficulties meeting the needs of your loved one and a transfer to a more specialist placement was needed, which had been agreed in the latest meeting.
We’re really sorry to learn of the way you feel following the decisions made between the home and your family and that the placement could not continue.
