As discussed in our recent correspondence, we regret that the lack of communication from the hospital regarding your father's care meant we were unable to effectively communicate with you in the way we would have liked to. We value transparency in our communication with our residents and their relatives, so we are disappointed circumstances outside of our control meant we fell short in this instance.
