My Brother and myself are very happy with the facilities of Alpine Care Home. Our mum has been in the home for over 14 months now and she is safe, contented and happy.
The staff at the care home are very caring. There is always something going on at the home with some kind of activity. I would highly
recommend this home to anyone that wants that home comfort feel.

Alpine care home are always so happy to help with care for my mum it's such a relaxing care home and very attentive to my mum and other residents all the staff are superb in there kindness and care the entertainer is always so very helpful and understanding of any needs as well as the whole lot of staff
in the care home many thanks to you for such a spotless clean home with so many things going to enjoy mum seems to have settled so very well again thank you to you all

5 STAR REVIEW: Where do I start! Alpine Care home has made my mother in law feel so at home, it's the hardest thing to do to chose somewhere for the queen of our family who has always cared for everybody else & completely selfless. To find somewhere where the staff are not only caring but compassionate
& understanding we can not thank them enough for everything they have done & continue to do every day!
We can't thank them enough from the bottom of our hearts for making us feel our mum is safe, secure, loved & well looked after!

Mum was unsettled at first but with time and the care, compassion and support of the staff she is now happy content. She is now joining in with the activities and is in relatively good health.
The activities are many and varied which is engaging for all the residents. The building itself is clean and
the rooms are of a good standard. The food is good and the residents have a choice depending on preference.
Overall I am really happy with the care my mum receives.

A caring and compassionate care home who's management and staff do all in their power to give my husband a happy and safe place to be in. We are so pleased that we chose Alpine Care Home for my mum. It really feels like a home from home. We had to choose a home for my mum, who has quite advanced Dementia and Alzheimer's, during Covid so we couldn't visit in person any home. All we could do was a video call viewing. We chose Alpine because
it's small (30ish residents) compared to other local homes in the area. All the staff at Alpine are fabulous, from the manager down. There are some excellent day staff who really do invest time and care with the residents. There is a quite fabulous activities co-ordinator, who has recently joined the team and she's making such a difference with keeping everyone engaged with activities. Cooking, craft, quizzes, themed events, visiting barbers, musicians, and ponies! And much more. Food is excellent, care is excellent, cleanliness is excellent. It really is a great care home. Any issues and I get a phone call explaining what's wrong and how they are putting it right. We trust Alpine.

I cannot fault the care given to my mother-in-law, she and myself are always treated with kindness by all of the staff. The residents are well cared for with numerous activities to keep them engaged. The care home rooms are clean, bright and homely, I would thoroughly recommend Loose Court to anybody
in need of residential care.

I have nothing but praise and gratitude for this care home, they have welcomed my mum into their embrace with limitless care, compassion and understanding of her needs.
The home itself is always immaculate, and the staff are tireless in their efforts in accommodating such demanding circumstances.
Their
time and devotion not only to the residents but to us, as a family holds no bounds, they are always there to support and listen every step of the way.
I couldn't think of a better place for Mum to be on her final journey.

Mum has been a resident for over a year now. I am so pleased with how she is looked after. All staff are so friendly and caring and are on the ball when there is a problem. There are plenty of activities for the residents and they are encouraged to join in which is great!
The worry is taken off our
shoulders as we know she is happy!

Buildings can be nice, but it is the staff that make a care home good. I could not have wished for a better place for Dad to spend the last years of his life. All the staff, no matter what their role, were always kind, friendly and caring. Their ability to adapt to the changing needs that Dementia brings
is excellent. The dignity, respect and support shown to Dad and the family in his final days will always stay with me. So many thanks.

Words cannot express how satisfied/pleased/reassured I am with the care my father received at Loose Court. The staff are all fabulous, very resident and family-focused.
Dad was treated with respect, courtesy and love. The activities were plentiful and varied. Communication with the family was excellent.
No other words apart from excellent, excellent, excellent. Well done to all the team.
