Review of

Cherrycroft

from Lawrence M (Brother of Resident) published on 4 December 2020
Overall Experience  Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5

Cherrycroft is a wonderful place for my brother to live. The home is welcoming, well-designed, and light and airy.
My brother has severe epilepsy and LD.
The manager runs a tight shift - her staff are efficient but also take the time to really get to know the residents as individuals. Their record-keeping
and medication training is superb. Inevitable mistakes that occur from time to time are addressed and the focus is on continuous improvement. She and the staff listen to the needs of residents and the concerns of relatives.
My brother has lived at Cherrycroft for a number of years now and is very happy.
The home has been especially supportive during these difficult Covid lockdown months.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review with us. We would like to echo your sentiments.
The team at Cherrycroft have continued to be as creative as possible to ensure the people they support have a positive experience during lockdown. The team have kept the people we support active and focused with garden activities, making good use of the environment. The manager and her team do a great job to ensure the people they support at Cherrycroft have the best lives possible.

Yes, I would say that my friends do get good care and I do as well.
I like being here sometimes not all the time.
