We're also grateful for your suggestion regarding providing more informative sessions for families, such as advice on communication with Alzheimer's patients or updates on treatments for neuro-degenerative conditions. This is a fantastic idea, and while resources can sometimes be a challenge, we will certainly explore the feasibility of incorporating such sessions to support families further. Thank you for your feedback about our care home. Were delighted to hear you find the care very good and our staff friendly and helpful. We understand your perspective on the home environment and are working to make it as homely and comfortable as possible while carefully considering risks due to the needs of our residents. If you have specific suggestions, wed love to hear them. Regarding activities, we've set a target for residents to be offered at least two activities per day, and were currently achieving this 100%. We recognised this as an area for improvement and have worked hard to address it. We've also been increasing opportunities for residents to spend time outside, which remains a key focus.
