We are so happy we found Parklands! Couldn't wish for a better home for my sister. The staff are amazing, truly lovely people and the building/rooms are very pleasant and make for a really homely feel. Thank you Parklands!

I have found this an excellent care home. Pleasant, caring staff and nice surroundings. My daughter is well cared for and looked after by the staff team at Parklands. I am always welcomed whenever I visit.

Parklands

Parklands is a bungalow in Newport. Staff and management are very good. My only complaint is that the bungalow is quite small and now there are 5 ladies living in there.
Space is very tight, also the garden needs to be sorted as it is very difficult to get the ladies out there in wheelchairs. I am
extremely happy with the care side as the carers are really very lovely and the girl's welfare comes first always.
Two of the staff members are fully hands on and very welcoming at all times. It's like visiting family. Lovely.
