Hello J H (daughter Of Resident) thank you very much for taking the time to leave us positive feedback about your experience. I have passed on your feedback to the chef and the lifestyle team. We hold regular residents meeting's where the residents are asked for feedback, ideas or wish's and changes are made. The activities are based on residents wants and wishes, and varied weekly. It was a pleasure to spend time with and get to know her.

I have high praise for the reception team and activity coordinators who are very friendly and genuinely seem to have care and
- Staff failing to complete hourly checks and falsifying paperwork records
- Lack of dignity given to my grandmother, rushing procedures and not giving her genuine patience and choices.
- Not notifying next of kin when she completely ran out of underwear allowing her to go 2 weeks before rectifying
- Not reacting in a timely manner to fall alerts or alarms
- hygiene concerns with bathroom being left in an unacceptable state for several hours.
- loss of personal clothing items
