Please rest assured we work closely with healthcare professionals in the community to regularly review care plans, including medication, to ensure residents are given the medication they need. These care plans also detail residents' dietary requirements, including modified diets to ensure residents receive the nutrition they need in an appropriate manner, without compromising on taste or quality. Our team receive regular, expert training to ensure we are delivering the very best of care, and our support extends to loved ones when visiting the home.
