It's always a pleasure to visit my husband, the staff are caring and positive, they make us both smile. The building is clean and well cared for. The staff are well trained and happy in their roles. They make this difficult situation bearable.

Ty Enfys is a wonderful and very comfortable care home. My husband has been in Ty Enfys for a few weeks and during that time the care, compassion and kindness shown to my husband and our family and friends visiting has been immeasurable.

After a stressful few weeks in hospital we moved Mum to Ty Enfys. From the moment she got there, the care and attention given by every member of the team has been absolutely amazing. You can really see how much everyone cares for the residents and it really does put our minds at ease knowing how well
Mum is being looked after. If I could give six stars I would and would recommend Ty Enfys unreservedly. Thank you.

The decision to move my mother into Ty Enfys for nursing care wasn't easy, but she couldn't be in better hands and has settled in quickly. The staff are amazing - everyone I've met has had a smile on their face, and it's clear that this more than a "job" to them. Their patience, support, and genuine
affection for residents gives me the additional reassurance I need that this is the right place for Mum at this stage of her care.

My mum has just recently, over the last 3 weeks became a resident. I have to say what a gorgeous place, spotlessly clean, loads to do for her. Beautiful gardens, lovely touch with the coffee shop area where even us visitors can sit and have coffee and cake etc. But most of all I want to say how wonderful
all the staff, carers, cleaners and nurses are. They are friendly, caring and professional, nothing is too much. I worried about mum going into a home. However I feel less tressed knowing she is well looked after.

My mum took residence in Hallmark Penylan House last February. She was very poorly on admission, requiring 24 hour care and life expectancy low. In December, mum reached 88 years of age, if it weren't for this fabulous home I would have lost her. The staff are so warm and caring, when I visit they have
become more like friends. What an exceptional care home!

My mum has been a resident of Penylan Care Home since November 2024, so far she has been well looked after. Her eating has improved and she is looking much better and healthier. The food is very good. There is an excellent entertainment team who provide activities and live singers and encourage residents
to participate. Christmas was especially good and a joy to be a part of the welcoming Penylan House family.
The carers do a fantastic job under sometimes very difficult circumstances.

My grandmothers care at the home is reflective of which staff are working each day which, although shouldn't be the case, does have an impact on the day to day. There are never problems in general, but her overall demeanor is noticeably improved on certain days. Any issues we have had have been dealt
with by the staff on duty and my grandmother is very happy which is wonderful. Certain carers are exceptional and the entertainment and stimulation is fantastic, with live concerts, parties and events that are catered to all residents no matter their ailments and also family members.

Throughout the festive period the home was decorated beautifully inside and out. The tree even had embroidered stars with individual residents names on. Every week day there was entertainment, ranging from choirs, individual artists, music students from the university and even a pony dressed as Santa's
helper. There were also festive activities, making tree decorations, baking and flower arranging. Nothing is too much trouble and every resident is involved in some way. So much thought and effort goes into organising these activities. There was also a Christmas fair, Christmas party and a New Year's Eve party where families all got together to celebrate. The whole home was involved in some way and the atmosphere was fabulous. There are activities throughout the year, most days in fact, but the team excelled over this wonderful festive time.

From the moment that we walked through the doors of Hallmark Ty Enfys we could feel what a special place it is. Dad is cared for as an individual with every member of staff team treating him with kindness, compassion, friendliness and professionalism. The home is a vibrant place and is is wonderful

I am a resident at Regency House Care Home. I arrived in April this year leaving my home and in need of extra help. Since being in Regency I feel so happy enjoying the company of other people. Everybody here is so social. All the staff are always at hand making sure all our needs are attended to. I
