Our mum was a resident for only 8 days but during that time my sister and I were extremely happy with her care. All staff were very kind, caring and supportive, not only to our very poorly mum, but to us as well. We cannot thank you enough.

Mums had amazing care at Heath Lodge Care Home WGC, from the office staff to the care staff and the friendly cleaners.
Nothing is to much trouble we thought we were going to lose mum before Christmas and they all were so lovely with the family and mum and she has now improved and put on weight and
her health has settled down thanks to the dedication of everyone in the care home and one member off staff in particular has been amazing.

I can not praise Martins House high enough. The attention to detail and love the staff show is second to none. I live a 40 minute drive from the home and was intending to move mum closer to us (Harlow, Essex) but after a month in respite at Martins House my mum was so settled and happy we decided to
keep her there and us travel instead

My dad wasn't encouraged to use the dining room or lounge area and spent far to long lying in bed getting more and more depressed.
The rooms throughout were dark and gloomy. The nursing staff available were in the communal area so no privacy about discussing things.
Some staff were caring and professional
but by dad didn't get overall quality care.

I think my brother is really happy he is treated really well he loves the food and he likes the staff he is keeper clean and tidy he really looks so much better he was very ill now he is so much better all he needs now is to get up and start walking he did like going to the dining room and talking to

My mother was in palliative care at St Davids for 6 weeks and we are very grateful for the care that was provided to her and the consideration given to us as her family.
Dignity and Cleanliness was impressive, a family friend who runs carehomes visited my mother and was also complimentary with cleanliness
of St Davids. It was evident that my mother was well cared for and cleaned regularly with pads being changed on a regular basis.
Staff were very calm and considerate to deal with which helped in our experience as a family. Further my mother took positively to the nursing and care staff.
Overall site is tranquil and cosy. My mother felt at home as soon as she was admitted to St Davids.

My Mum has been a resident at St Stephens for nearly two years. I am very happy with the care she receives and all the staff are very friendly and welcoming. My Mum is very settled and seems to enjoy the various activities and special days that are celebrated.

Dad has been a resident for nearly 12 months and he has received the very best care. All the staff are friendly and very caring. He is very settled and enjoys all the activities that are offered. As family we are always welcomed and kept up to date with how Dad is.

Excellent service and care for my mum, she's been here for nearly 11 years and her health is really good for her age, mobility is not so good but when she's nearly 93 I don't expect too much, still has sense of humour and that has a lot to do with the staff. Thank you for caring for her..

My dad experienced excellent care throughout his stay at Heath Lodge care home. Staff were consistently kind, considerate and patient at all times. Mum has struggled in the few months she has been at Norwood Green, but the staff who care for her have been very supportive, patient and caring.
We appreciate the efforts the make to encourage Mum to feel more at home. In particular we acknowledge staff's cheerfulness and constant encouragement to

All staff very friendly and helpful. Always acknowledge residents by their first name. Food very good- nutritious and tasty. Rooms are good size and residents are allowed to put up personal photos on the walls- big windows- light and airy. Mum is lucky enough to have a bird feeder outside her window.
Nice gardens for residents to sit in.

The care home is excellent, with high standards throughout. This shows in the quality of food, the cleanliness and the overall quality of the facilities. The standards are high across the board, but the main factor is the quality of the staff- they really understand their jobs and take pride in their
work. The activities are varied, and I was amazed by the quality of music and singing when I visited my aunt..
