We understand how important it is for our families to feel totally confident about the care we provide, and having achieved a Carehome rating of over 9.7 for the last 12 months, we feel that we provide an excellent care home facility. We are sorry that the placement for your father was not successful; it was clearly not the right facility for him, and we must prioritize the safety of our residents and staff.
