I am very pleased with the level of care and attention Ash Court Care Home provides my mother. From the first point of admission we as a family have been reassured that she is welcome, she is seen, her personal choices/prefernences respected. Staff and care home manager have been consistently polite,
caring, respectful, reassuring and patient with our mother as well as various members of the family. Our mother is very happy with her new home and would not dream of being anywhere else.

My mother was treated well and the staff were very friendly and kind. In particular, I would like to mention the head nurse at The Cedars Care Centre who took great care of my mother and was personally involved in my mother's care.

I have visited with my very good friend at St Anne's this week and found her in a really happy mood, she said she had a wonderful Christmas and even got a present from the home. She is happy and content every time I visit, the staff are lovely and always offer hot drinks and biscuits, I'm hoping if
I need a place one day I can go to St Anne's.

Thank you to the Ash Court Management and all the nurses and support staff for the service and professional care you all take. My grandmother is a long-term resident of Ash Court. I have found her care very well maintained in the 3 years I have been visiting her in London. I feel very confident that
the staff are offering a good service. The home is always clean and light-filled and welcoming. My grandmother is always attended to quickly and with empathy.

I want to say how impressed I've been with Ash Court Care Centre. The place is always spotless and really well-run, which makes such a difference. Every time I visit, the atmosphere feels welcoming and organised.
The staff are fantastic, they are well-trained, helpful, and quick to respond whenever
we've requested anything. You can tell they genuinely care about the people they're looking after, which is so reassuring.
The care home manager, does an amazing job keeping everything running smoothly. It's clear she's really committed to making sure the home stays at such a high standard and I always see her interacting with other residents whenever I visit! Ash Court is a lovely place, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, caring, and well-managed care home.

My mother has been a resident here now for over a year and our family are very pleased with the way in which she has been cared for and made to feel like it is her home and not 'a home'. She arrived here in the worst of circumstances but the professionalism of the staff and the thorough nursing care
have transformed her physical ailments so that she is now comfortable and healing and has become very fond of her carers. We feel very lucky to have found a home like Bridgeside Lodge Care Centre and have no hesitation recommending it to anyone who has need of such care.

My father has been in St Anne's roughly 6 years now and I have found it to be very good for him. I always do random checks on him and as usual I can't find any fault with his care, he is well groomed, well fed, he dose activities in his chair, goes dentist, gets his hair cut, nails done, he's doing
better than me. I just love the careers who do a great job and the management team has got better and better. Well done St Anne's keep up the outstanding work. Thank you for all you do and the cleaners, decorating, chef, BBQ etc just fantastic thank you so much.

Review of

Ash Court Care Centre

from Catherine B (Daughter of Resident) published on 27 January 2025
Overall Experience  Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5

I'm delighted to give a very positive review. Our beloved Mother is a long-term bed-bound resident of Ash Court. One of us visits her every week, as do a small group of her friends who pop in; we have an iPad set up where we call into her via video every day. So we have a very good sense of how Mother
is doing. Despite very challenging outcomes from her serious stroke and immobility, the staff take impeccable care of her personal needs as well as her physical and mental health. Staff make sure that she can occasionally leave ie this past Christmas and for her granddaughter's performance in a local play. Despite the considerable logistics this involves, we get such support for these special requests. Staff immediately respond to email and phone queries. The manager is exceptionally tuned into the needs of residents, and family and friends feel so welcome. The nurse aids, nurses, cleaning staff and kitchen staff are just top-notch. Thank you! Ash Court is a "Home from home! "

Ash Court Care Centre

from M B (Friend of Resident) published on 24 January 2025
Overall Experience  Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5

I can't speak highly enough about Ash Court Care Centre and the care they provide. My friend moved into this home, and within just a week, the difference in his quality of life was remarkable! My friend is non-verbal due to his condition, which makes it difficult for him to communicate his needs. The
home manager noticed that something wasn't quite right with his vision when he wasn't interacting normally with his surroundings. She acted quickly and had him seen by an Optometrist, and within a week, my friend had new glasses and could see clearly again. I had no idea his vision deteriorated.
Now, he's back to his sociable self and is often found in the living room rather than just his bedroom! I'm so grateful to the manager and the team at Ash Court for everything they've done for my friend. It's such a relief knowing he's in a place where his needs are noticed and cared for so quickly. I would highly recommend Ash Court to anyone looking for a well-managed and supportive home.

I was visiting my grandma every week when living back in London. I developed a relationship with the staff and other residents. I always felt very welcome. On one occasion when my grandma was very ill I slept with her in her room and was treated with respect and offered tea, coffee and food. I remain
in contact with one of the staff and hope to continue visiting even though my grandma passed last year.

I would like to say I find the management and staff very helpful and considerate. They provide a good variety of entertainment all year round, often including family members! In the summer they arrange a good selection of events, the vast majority held in the garden. There is always a good selection
of food and drink for residents and family at these events.
