I was exhausted after intensive radiotherapy treatment at Kings Court really came to my aid. The staff were unfailingly kind & helpful and allowed my to sleep, regain my strength and confidence and the good food and care provided were just what I needed. This place is just what Norfolk needs. I was
looked after very well by the manager and 5 members of staff in particular, all were excellent. I shall certainly recommend Kings Court to friends & family.

The staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful - always kind and actively looking for ways to improve the service. Mum is very much enjoying the home cooking and the daily cakes in the cafe area. Everyone knew our names incredibly quickly and we all feel welcome and cared for. Mum has been really
looked after in terms of nursing needs, arranging podiatrist and hairdresser and taking care of prescriptions and everything. She's very happy there and so much more positive about life.

Since Mm joined Redwalls in December 2024 she has been very well supported through her grief at losing Dad and also the trauma of leaving her home of 54 years. Whenever we have had a concern, there has been a prompt response and a good resolution. Staff are very nice, warm and friendly to Mum and extremely
welcoming of all our family members. We have confidence that we can work well together with Redwalls to achieve the best outcome for Mum.

Well organised and staffed home, welcoming with pleasant facilities. Responsive to individual needs and efficiently run without loss of the personal touch. Staff seem kind, thoughtful and attentive and the home is clean and odour-free. Good fresh food with ample choice, and help when needed. Individual
rooms are a fair size and nicely presented, and the home has an array of spaces for daytime leisure, whether convivial or more secluded. Open and flexible visiting arrangements with adequate parking space, and a diverse range of itinerant services attending regularly. The home is warm and comfortable, and my mother seems very happy and well cared for.

Sycamore Heights Care Home

from J C (Friend of Resident) published on 8 April 2025
Overall Experience  Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5

Overall impression is that this care home is of the highest quality in every respect. All staff are friendly efficient and professional. The design, decor and furnishings are beautiful giving a calm, warm feel. The food is superb and varied. Staff have shown immense kindness (and patience!) to our aunt/friend.
Staff have also been very supportive to us, her family and friends. This has been much appreciated. Can't comment on activities as home is new and these are yet to start but I have no doubt they will be great. Will have to give it longer to assess value for money. All we can say now is we're very happy with everything.

A wonderful home with a lovely homely feel. As soon as I walked through the door I was welcomed as too was my young child. We really were looked after and made to feel at home during our visit.
My family member is staying longer than originally intended and they have gone above and beyond to ensure
the transition into the home has been as smooth and easy for all as possible.
THANK YOU to everyone on the amazing staff team who really do care and are showing the utmost respect and compassion to all.
I look forward to visiting again and seeing you all during the duration of my family members stay.

Timperley Care Home

from Judith C (Daughter of Resident) published on 7 April 2025
Overall Experience  Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5

TCH is an excellent care home.
When we were looking at different care homes in the area this came out on top and has a lovely homely feel to it.
We have been really pleased with the level of care that Mum has been given and the fact that she's always very happy.
The activities programme is outstanding.
There is always something going on and the activities are very varied.
One of our concerns was that Mum would be sat in a lounge just falling asleep all the time but we needn't have worried.
The meals are also really good with a varied menu.
Many thanks to all, you do a wonderful job, Mum's so happy which makes us happy knowing she's being properly looked after.

Overall Experience  Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5

I visited my father on a number of occasions during his time in Kirkley Manor. I was always welcomed as a visitor and staff were very caring to my father. It was a long illness and a difficult time for the family, staff were very supportive and my father was looked after very well. When he died I was
impressed at how well this was handled. I would like to express my thanks to all the staff in Kirkley Manor.

Reply from Ashly Joseph, Deputy Manager at Kirkley Manor

Park Lane Residential Home

from David T (Husband of Resident) published on 4 April 2025
Overall Experience  Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5

Park Lane was the first choice of three homes assessed independently by me and my daughter for my wife who suffers from dementia. Having moved her into there in February, we are delighed with our choice. Most importantly, my wife has settled quickly and is content with her situation which has assured
us that we made the right choice for her. All staff are very friendly and welcoming and the home has a relaxed and calm atmosphere. The level of care provided is high and carers and management are quick to inform me of aspects of my wife's care and to seek my agreement where changes are proposed. There are additional activities both in groups and at a personal level as necessary to add stimulation for residents. We have also been allowed to personalise my wife's room with reminders of her family life to make it feel more homely. Even our 5 year old Grandson said that it was a nice hotel on a recent visit. Thanks to all for helping us through this difficult decision.

King's Court Care Home

from E P (Respite Resident) published on 4 April 2025
Overall Experience  Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5

I came to Kings Court for respite care after an operation on my shoulder. I needed a lot of help with dressing, washing, etc which was given with cheerfulness and consideration. As I got better, staff members continued to ask about my welfare. The carers are all charming. The food is marvellous and
the atmosphere in Kings Court is calm and comfortable - nothing is too much trouble for the staff, from management down to cleaners. I would single out the pharmacy for their care in sorting out my medications.

I cannot find fault with the Grange at all. The staff, from reception through to care and nursing, are brilliant, and the cleaners are brilliant, plus cares are really nice to us as to the resident. Their needs are met, as are ours. Cleanliness and tidiness is amazing. Thank you, Grange for all you
do.
