He is treated with respect and dignity
Always looks clean and tidy with modern clothes
Friendly and caring service that promotes independence
Professional and approachable
Offer a varied and appropriate
social life
Nice accommodation, very homely and clean house
Really nice comfortable bedroom

My family member is very happy there

Review of

Pelham Manor

from Rachel L (Mother of Resident) published on 19 October 2016
Overall Experience  Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5

My daughter has severe rheumatoid arthritis as well as Autism and a learning disability. Pelham Manor was bought for her use as she has a downstairs bedroom. She needs 2 carers 24 hours due to her severe disabilities. her complex needs are looked after very well and she is respected as a person. All
her brothers, sisters, and mother are very thankful for the good care she receives.
