I feel very fortunate that my daughter is in the Limes. The Limes staff and especially the manager have helped and supported my daughter and she is now feeling better than she has for the past 25 years! What they've managed to do is turn her life around with patience and a structured environment. The
Limes is a wonderful environment, a lovely atmosphere and the staff are amazing. I truly feel so lucky as I believe the Limes have saved my daughter's life!

My uncle came to live at Cedar Lodge Care Home in the summer of 2022 as was struggling to look after himself and was very vulnerable and at risk of coming to harm living in the outside world, and naturally family would always be worrying about him. All the family are happy with the care he gets and
know that he is safe. He is also the happiest we have seen him.

My mother-in-law has been at La Fontana since 2019. The staff take very good care of her and have a very good understanding of dementia and behaviours associated with it.
The staff are friendly with mum and visitors. They contact us if anything has changed or need permission for vaccines, etc

We are welcome at Cedar Lodge anytime of the day. The staff and care providers are friendly and courteous. Our mum is receiving excellent care and is in a happy and loving environment. We feel confident that mum is receiving the best care possible. We are kept up to date with any issues, the staff are
like family to us aswell. We like to be involved with mum's care and this is never an issue. Great team.

My mother-in-law came to stay at La Fontana a couple of years ago, she stayed in a lovely en-suite room that over looked lovely gardens where we took walks in good weather.
From day one the staff were wonderful, kind caring and so compassionate, they always greeted with a smile. In the last weeks
that my mother-in-law was with us she was cared for with such love and tenderness.

Mum spent two and a half years in La Fontana. She was so well looked after by everyone. She was treated with dignity, compassion, nothing was too much trouble.
The care and love that was given to her in her last days was unbelievable and very humbling. Everyone was amazing. Thanks to you all.

I have just had a lovely visit with my mother in law. She was calm and happy. They looked after us and we had a stroll around the farm together before lunch. The staff were lovely helping me label her clothes and looking after us with cups of tea and coffee.

My mother in law seems really happy now. It took her a while to accept that she wouldn't be able to manager at home. She doesn't venture out of her room very often preferring to watch her TV. All the staff are really lovely.

My experience of the home is that mum seems happy, full of smiles. She enjoyed the singing and seeing the rabbit, holding it and stroking it. It seems that activity really cheered her up. She enjoys going for outings and having a bath. Everytime her nails are painted mum shows them to me and smiles.
The staff seem to pay attention and help mum when she is upset.

The home is set in the most beautiful and peaceful location, and the staff and manager go above and beyond to make a homely, welcoming and stimulating environment for residents and visitors alike. My family can't praise and thank the staff of Immacolata House enough. My father lived there for the last
3 years of his life. I particularly want to thank them for their care for my father in the last days of his life. Even though he wasn't really aware of his surroundings, the carers continued to treat him with kindness and respect and continued to make him comfortable. They were also so kind to my family and I as we spent his final hours with him. We will never forget them.

From the day my dad came the whole team have been amazing and made the transition for my dad and the whole family so much easier. Everyone goes out of their way to be helpful and understanding. We couldn't wish for a more especially when we know it is not always easy.

Dad came into Immacolata on the 7th May 2024, since he came in we have been very pleased with the care he has received, and the welcoming we also received making us feel very comfortable every time we visit. Dad continues to receive great care and now with his one to one care 12 hours a day, this has
made such a difference. What a great team.

I visited my brother regularly. He can have challenging behaviour due to his condition. I only know he is treated well when I am here because of his condition, he says that is not always the carers. Staff are very friendly to us.

When I visit my brother-in-law who lives at Cedar Lodge. I always have a warm welcome, lovely staff and all are caring people. The manager is very nice and understanding. The food is lovely and all fresh veg and looks hot, not frozen rubbish. Keep up the good work at the Cedars Lodge.
