My auntie came to The Willows, after spending 3 months in hospital, almost two years ago, she was so very frail, that she wasn't expected to live for much longer, but that was before the team at The Willows were involved, she's now looking healthy, walking, eating well and is looking wonderful! She's
just had her hair done, and she loves it, she loves a little pampering! Over the last month, she has been treated to a visit from a Shetland pony, a dog, magician, singers, and they had wonderful Christmas decorations with parties etc, the home is now geared up for Valentine's day! My Auntie always compliments the food, and always says how nice the staff are. So from maintenance, cleaners, carers, nurses, laundry, receptionists and management, thank you for all you do! If there's ever a problem, I'm always contacted and fully informed of what has happened and how it's been/being resolved, so I can be rest assured that my auntie's safety and health are priority. Thank you again.

When my mum came to westcroft she was very poorly due to not eating properly, she soon started eating when she was presented with lovely home cooked food in her words proper food, staff are very caring and are always pleased to help both residents and their family. The rooms are very homely and clean,
you can tell the residents are happy. I can honestly say mum couldn't be in a better place.

This is an outstanding good care home. I visit several times a week for more than a year, my husband is happy here. He has dietary issues which are well catered for most of the time and they listen to my input, He has a good appetite. No home can be perfect and occasionally the laundry loses/misplaces
his clothes which are all name labelled but generally they turn up, everything is beautifully ironed. The activity co-ordinators work extremely hard in what is a really challenging job, as do all of the staff. Very welcoming environment. Excellent.

Thank you so much for your very kind words. I will look into the Laundry situation for you but glad everything turns up eventually! We endeavour to continually improve our choice of gluten free options and we hope you will keep feeding back to us on how we are doing. I will pass on your kind words to all our team.

Lovely home, really lovely staff and a homely atmosphere. Food is varied and very good. An amazing range of activities, great social media page which shows all the activities that the staff do with the residents - and very good informative bi-monthly newsletter. I spend a lot of time there with my mum
and visiting Westcroft is a pleasure. Communication is very good and everything is open and above board. I thank God for Westcroft and all their staff and for the many people who recommended the home to us.

We have used The Willows Care Home for respite care for my mother-in-law, who suffers from Parkinsons disease and with her mental health/anxiety. The staff are all very understanding of her as a person rather than just her medical conditions. They are exceptionally patient with her when she decides
to become a difficult customer! We would definitely recommend The Willows to anyone in a similar circumstance to us and will be using the care home again in the future for respite stays.

I am so pleased that my son has settled so well at The Willows. My son has been through some very tough times but now regards The Willows as his home. This is all due to the excellent care he receives from all the staff, they all go that extra mile to ensure his wellbeing, comfort and reassurance. I
am also grateful for all the support that both I and his brother receive from the management team and also the registered nurses and carers where any issues are dealt with promptly. In fact every single one of all the staff are truly amazing.

I wish to thank The Willows Care Home for the care that was given to Mum during the last days of her life. I will be forever grateful that she was surrounded by the best caring people we could have hoped for. She was constantly visited by staff in her room and exceptional personal care continued right
up until the end. A special mention should go to the Nursing staff who spent time with Mum during her last hours reassuring and comforting her. For which I will be forever grateful.

My dad went into Westcroft after not eating for 10 days and only sipping water. He's started to eat and drink and really coming out of his self, he's been in a hospital bed for over 2 months and after a week in Westcroft with excellent care and attention, he was out in the communal area yesterday. I
couldn't believe my eyes, what a fabulous achievement of care. Thanks to Westcroft staff he's eating again and drinking, it's a miracle. So happy and looking forward to his ongoing recovery, thank you.

My mother has been a resident at Brooke House Care Home for nine months and in that time, she has been extremely well looked after. All the staff at the home are very well-trained with a lot of care and attention given to the needs of the residents who get treated with the dignity and respect you would
expect from such an excellent care home. I couldn't wish for a better or safer environment in which to look after my mother, helping her to enjoy her later years as much as she possibly can.

My mother stayed at Brook House for 6 weeks, post-fall recovery, with very little notice my mother was admitted. The home manager and the managing director were extremely helpful with the admission.
On visiting my mother, the staff were very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble, my mom said
all the staff were extremely helpful, the meals were restaurant quality, support with personal care needs was with privacy, dignity and respect, activity and reablement were very good.
Overall, I would highly recommend Brook House to my family, friends and the local community. In my opinion, Brook House is outstanding with its care delivery and attention to detail.

I spent six weeks at Brook House for respite following an accident. It was most definitely the right place to be. The whole place was kept spotlessly clean. Staff were very able and willing to minister to all one's needs without exception. The meals were superb all fresh & very tasty. I would without
hesitation recommend Brook House for professional care in all medical circumstances.

My father-in-law has mixed dementia. He was moved from a Psychiatric ward to Saintbridge, the move was seamless. All Staff are warm, welcoming, friendly, approachable, professional, respectful, conscientious and hardworking. They work together as a well led cohesive team. All staff are valued and respected.
I am particularly touched by the respect they have for residents, ensuring each of them can maintain their own level of self-respect. Daily enriching activities provided are outstanding. Many opportunities for us to join in if we wish. The social media page and group chat enable me to see all the fun and keep in touch with what is going on. All this is supported by a fabulous food menu and daily care routine. There is a large garden, well maintained with different areas to walk around and explore as well as relax in. I am overwhelmed by the care provided and cannot thank all the staff enough for making it such a special place for my father-in-law to live in, I now feel at ease and happy.

Mum has been at Westcroft for over 2 years now and I cannot fault this home. The care she receives on a daily basis is outstanding and all of the staff do a fantastic job. There is a wide range of activities offered to the residents on a daily basis. The activity coordinators tailor them to the individuals
and do a tremendous job. The home is always spotlessly clean. Whenever I walk into the home I always receive a warm welcome from everyone. I am so grateful that I found this home for Mum and would certainly recommend it to anyone who is having to find residential care for their loved one.
