Thanks for all your very useful feedback. We are looking forward to the meeting we have booked in today to help us all understand these issues as we cannot change Residents tops if they don't want us to even if they are dirty after lunch. You're right about those food choices for supper times for those who want them rather than soup or salad. Lunch times are more substantial like roasts and pies but of course, meals are bespoke to Resident preferences and personal choices.
