Mum is staying temporarily after being in hospital for 2 months. The staff are lovely, friendly, and helpful, not just to my mum but to myself. The manager is really lovely and knows what she is doing. The home is very nice, Mum's room is good. Can't thank you enough for caring for her.

Were able to split payments between siblings and are always willing to work with the family in awkward times. Care is always tip-top, just glad they don't send Mum to 'skid row' when circumstances change.

My friend became very unwell. The team at Moors Park were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble for them. My friend had no family to sit with her so a member of staff sta with her when possible, after her passing they made all the next steps very easy for me as I had Power of Attorney. I am grateful
to them all. Moors Park is a kind and caring team.

The family of our much-loved mum, gran and great-grandmother we would like to thank Moors Park House for providing such a wonderful second home to mum in the final months of her life. From the very first moment, she was welcomed into Moors Park and it's lovely relaxed, caring and homely atmosphere,
without exception the staff gave mum such wonderful care, always kind, considerate and respectful. The family was always welcomed and any query or request was dealt with without any trouble. All sorts of activities are provided, including gentle exercise, sing-along music afternoons and much more. A true haven for older people needing end-of-life care.

My mum was a resident of Moors Park House for eight years until her death 4 weeks ago. In all that time, she was well cared for by all staff members. The weight that was lifted off my shoulders, knowing that she was in safe hands, cannot be understated. I was contacted when any issue arose concerning
my mum and I will be forever grateful to the team at Moors Park House, whose constant care enabled my mum to reach the grand old age of 94 years old.

Very friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door - feels like "home" straightaway. Care very good - nothing is too much trouble! Staff very friendly and obliging. Rooms very comfortable, (although mine does not get Wi-Fi and I have to go downstairs to use the internet, but I understand this
will be rectified sometime in the future). Very clean and facilities very good. Various activities - no danger of getting bored.

This home has everything for those needing support with dementia. The care staff treat all residents with the respect they deserve, they are compassionate and extremely tolerant, in what can be very challenging circumstances.
My mum stayed here for the last 8 months of her life and it was, without
question, the best gift I could have given her.
The staff communicate well with each other leading to consistency in the care given, with local NHS support as required.
The rooms are well arranged, all leading to the spacious central eating/relaxing area with TV lounges and activities to keep residents active and engaged. There is a relaxed atmosphere, with opportunities for social contact if the resident is capable of interacting. Those needing additional support are given this.
The food and catering provided is nutritionally balanced and supports the well-being of those residents with a range of needs.
The senior manager can be a little brusque at times, but the deputy and care staff excel!

Very happy that my father has such a beautiful room with great views, in a lovely location. Very attentive staff. The minibus is a great addition and can take him to hospital appointments. The home appears progressive, allowing my father a virtual assistant technology device in his room and a coffee
making machine. All in all, we feel that during the current pandemic, the home is performing excellently.

My mum had a wonderful respite stay at The Red House. The staff were so attentive and nothing was too much trouble. They were always happy and helpful. The meals and food, in general, were delicious and cooked on the premises. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone to stay here. Thank you, it was much
appreciated knowing that mum was in such good hands.

Recognising that she was in the early stages of dementia my mother chose to give up living alone in her bungalow. The Red House has been the perfect solution for my mother's needs. The en-suite room is ideal for making her feel comfortable. Even before lockdown, it was very clear that everything about
the Red House particularly the staff is dedicated to putting the resident's needs and requirements first. It is always a joy to visit my mother as I' always made very welcome and it is clear that my mother is contented.

My father and I have had to meet outdoors on the last few occasions due to the Covid-19 outbreak. We were still made to feel comfortable and the staff were on hand if we needed anything. I have nothing but praise for the way the home manager reacted to the Covid-19 outbreak. Her swift and decisive action
has ensured the home has stayed Covid-19 safe.

A lovely peaceful care home with very happy residents. The manager and staff are so professional and caring. They have gone beyond during this period of isolation to ensure all the residents are kept motivated and entertained. My mother says she felt at home here from her very first day.

I visited my grandfather recently and was very pleased with the measures in place during the pandemic. We were able to see him outdoors with a 2-meter distance. The staff are always friendly, and the residents seem well looked after.
I asked my grandfather how he felt there, and he said he was very
happy with the care, and that he was fed well! They go out of their way to make them feel special on birthdays and occasions too.
He also spoke of the lovely views which can be enjoyed. I would recommend it to others as I have only ever heard good things about it.

My dear Mum has been at The Red House for a couple of years, and it is the only place where she has settled, felt safe and well cared for, and Mum tried several other homes but never settled. It is a small residential home that feels like a normal home. I don’t live locally, so it is so reassuring to
know that Mum is well cared for and the manager is so kind and approachable. She was able to work Mum out from the outset, which is why Mum is getting the care that works for her, which is such a huge relief. The staff work extremely hard to make the experience of the residents a happy one.

My dad was at another care home before this, which was terrible, so we looked at Red House; it was perfect. Very friendly and welcoming, the staff are lovely, and I truly believe my dad would not be around now, if not for the care and support he gets from everyone at Red House. He is extremely comfortable
and well looked after. I would not hesitate in recommending Red House to anyone.

I can't praise the staff enough for the tremendously hard work they put in for the care of the residents at The Red House, they provide excellent activities to help stimulate the residents and go above and beyond to keep the residents entertained. I know it's been a difficult time for all with the Coronavirus,
but they have kept everyone safe and well and their system for allowing visitors outside with 2 metres distancing to see the residents has been fantastic, which I am sure they have all needed. Can't praise the staff enough for their care and attention.
