We have had first-hand experience that their person-centred approach is key to their excellent service, and nothing appears to be too much trouble, day or night.
Cleanliness, food and safety levels are all
St Petroc's have actively supported and welcomed all members of our family who have been with Dad to support his transition. What was a difficult time for us has been made so much easier by their kindness, patience and flexibility.

Hello Jo, thank you for this review and your kind words with regards to our care team being lovely and willing to listen. Yes, the cup of tea when visiting - I know visitors have always traditionally been offered this - then along came Covid and extra infection control precautions and extra demands upon the care team and some of the nice little touches like this had to be paused. Thank you for raising this point - I will take it back to all of the care home managers to check where we are in terms of bringing some of these 'nice things to do' back into our daily operations.
