Eastleigh Care Homes provide high quality residential, dementia and nursing care in a stimulating environment. There are three settings which provide a range of care services. These include: residential care for people who require general assistance but have no complex health needs; dementia care, with specially-designed furnishings and interiors to stimulate and support cognition; nursing care, for residents with complex care needs who can be looked after in an adapted environment best suited to deal with their individual needs; and palliative care, which provides support to those with an advanced progressive illness, as well as help for their families.

Residents are encouraged to participate in activities and outings arranged by the homes to stimulate emotional, psychological and physical well-being. Through a personalised activities programme, residents are supported to maintain a sense of individuality and personal identity as they are able to pursue interests and hobbies of their choice.

Meals provided for residents at Eastleigh Care Homes are healthy and nutritious and designed to stimulate both the mind and the palate. Residents have a choice of food at each meal and can invite families and friends to join them.

My mum came into care following a week in hospital. Until then she had some assistance and she had spend lockdown and a couple of years confined in her home. Mum has been in your care for one month and now she is walking further, and more upright and I can see a general improvement to her mobility and
well being because she joins all the activities.

My mother was a resident at Raleigh Mead for around 2 years until her passing last month. The care provided was excellent, and the staff were wonderful. I never had any worries whatsoever. I was kept very well informed on matters of mum's health and well-being. I visited mum 2 - 3 times a week and witnessed
how much mum was respected and always treated with dignity. The staff and management are first class; they showed genuine affection for mum and our family. I remain indebted to them. Thank you.

My wife has been a resident at Eastleigh for around the last 15 months and in that time I can only give the home and their highly trained staff the highest praise for the excellent care that she receives. All of her needs both medical and personal are carry out with the upmost care, compassion and dignity
making her feel like an individual person not just a number. The excellent staff at Eastleigh not only care for my wife but also make time to talk to me making sure that I am also okay. The team at Eastleigh go the extra mile and give me total peace of mind in that I know she getting the best care that is available.

Dad became a resident in late September 2024. When my brother and I looked at the room that was available we knew that this was the place for him. Dad was transferred to Eastleigh from a local hospital, on end of life care. During his time there, the staff and management nursed Dad with love, care respect
and dignity, and they also showed us as a family the same, nothing was too much trouble and answered any questions we asked. No words can really express the sincere gratitude we have for everyone at Eastleigh, and we know that Dad spent his final months surrounded by angels that truly cared for him. Should anyone find themselves in the position we were, we cannot recommend Eastleigh Care Homes high enough.

From the first time we met the manager, our minds were put at rest that dad would be well looked after and this has been so true. He is on end of life and all the staff show great care and compassion towards dad and they are friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them and we are kept informed of
anything that changes. We can walk away after visiting dad knowing that he is being well looked after with a high standard of care which is a comfort to us all.

My dad spend 2 years at Raleigh Mead in that time he received outstanding care he always looked clean and smart, he laughed with the staff and enjoyed his food! The staff were outstanding they loved and cared for him as if he was their own dad. In his decline towards the end of his life he was treated
with love, compassion and skilled professionalism. I was comforted and treated with respect at all times. The staff are outstanding and a credit to the manager.

My stay at Raleigh Mead was excellent from April to November when I was able to leave as fit as a fiddle. I went there with only a few days left to live, but thanks to the wonderful care and my God's answer to prayer, I was able to leave after only 7 months. At home I can now do washing up, ironing,
shower myself all thanks to Raleigh Mead.

I cannot thank the staff at Eastleigh Care Home in Minehead enough for the exceptional care they provide for my uncle. So lovely to spend some time with Mum in the lounge this morning. The visit from the nursery children was wonderful and we enjoyed singing nursery rhymes together. Great to see Mum so happy and relaxed, she clearly has a close bond with the staff who are all very caring and friendly.

Since my husband was admitted he has become much calmer and more settled. He seems to appreciate the fact that this is where he belongs. The staff are always so helpful when we visit and he has a good rapport with all of them. Eastleigh seems to have a happy atmosphere with care staff and management
which is very noticeable.
