The level of care they have all shown my gran has been absolutely wonderful. We could not have wished for a better place for my gran's end

All care staff and nurses have been wonderful to Mum. Garden views and wildlife from her bedroom are amazing. Mum and myself have been made to feel so welcome by all. It really is just like home, being able to bring dogs in as well is just great. It's so family-orientated.

Big thank you to all the staff in Gwen Walford House Nursing Home for looking after my gran so well. She is really happy with you all. As a family, that is all we can wish for. You have all been so kind and supportive with great attention to detail. The room is beautiful. Garden views, amazing wildlife,
squirrels and robins visit her window daily where she likes to feed them. She really does feel like she's home.

Kington Court is lovely. The staff are kind and caring. The home is immaculate. Dad's hygiene needs are always met and he is always smart. There are suitable activities which suit different tastes from church, magicians, wreath making, animal visits to choir. It is excellent. Settling in takes a while
and the staff help work through the emotions we went through.

I have visited Kington Court for a long time and every time I go I receive a warm welcome and nothing is ever too much trouble for any of the staff. My friend is very well looked after and cannot fault the care. There is always something going on for residents to do with smiles and laughter. Thank you

Warm, friendly and caring welcome from all staff. They bent over backwards to sort out any issues and make Mum settle in as smoothly as possible, they were so patient with my sister and me with all our anxieties about Mum and the home and always had time and a cheery word for us.

Kington Court goes from strengh to strength. Lovely staff and good facilities. My mum is very well looked after and safe and happy. Mum receives personal one on one care and attention. The activities are great. During the summer it would be great for Mum to go outside.

Cannot fault the care that my father has received since coming into Gwen Walford last year in July 2023. All the staff have been exceptional in caring for all of my father's daily needs. This lovely setting makes a big difference to the feeling of the home. My ex-husband was very pleased to have been taken to the post office to buy stamps, postcards, etc. He feels that the staff are kind and do listen to him. He likes his room which is bright and clean and feels he is well cared for.
