The staff are consistently kind. I can hear their interactions with residents clearly when I am sitting in my mum's room (they often don't know I am there), and I've been so happy to hear the kindness and respect the residents are treated with.

Both the home and staff far exceed my expectations. The care my father receives is excellent from the caring and friendly staff. The design of the units are smart with 5 residents sharing a small family like unit, with lounge, dining room and kitchen. All on one level. Residents can visit other units
along warm and sunny corridors. Home away from home with good meals, tailors to what the residents like.

Howbury House

My husband had been in Hospital for eight weeks, I am 80 years of age and the daily drive had started to take its toll. A wonderfull thing then happened, the hospital rang me to say they had found him a place at Howbury House, Malvern, which is just ten minutes away. Since being at Howbury his walking
has become better due to the daily physio and the interaction with the staff has been good for his morale. I visit him daily and the care staff are always cheerful. Being diabetic I worried about his insulin intake but I need not, his injections are always to time and the dose is always checked. I cannot recommend this home too highly
