These will be increased when the weather warms up - we have plans to visit local parks, museums and even a farm in the Spring to see the animals. Our priority is ensuring that the care and support provided to all of our residents is in line with the individual's care plan and our registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Unfortunately there are situations where we feel that we cannot meet a resident’s needs and in their best interests an alternative placement that is more suitable needs to be found.
