My dad was admitted for what turned out to be end-of-life care. I cannot praise the carers and staff enough for their love, care, support and attention to detail. It really did feel like we were surrounded by an extended family. We were all made very welcome, and the staff helped to facilitate a peaceful
end of Dad's life surrounded by family and love. I have been a nurse for 40 years, and I can't fault the care of my dad in any way. Nothing was too much for them. They made an extremely hard time bearable, and I will always reflect on this with a smile. Thanks to the manager and your lovely staff.

Dad came here as a fast track from hospital. It was the last thing we expected or where he thought he would end up. The staff in the care home have been fantastic with him and he has settled in straight away.

Our journey with Woodville started July 2023, when we had to make the difficult decision to place my mother-in-law into the care of Woodville. It was and still is the best decision we made for her and she agrees also. I cannot say enough about the care Mom receives from the staff. Because we do not
live in the area, they always keep us informed about how she is doing, we receive pictures of some of the many activities that they have going on and I have even joined in. Mom celebrated her 101st Birthday in October, the staff arranged a wonderful Birthday celebration for her, she even had a visit with "Elvis" and 2 local community police officers and The Mayor of Rugby dropped in. Thank you to ALL staff, for taking such good care of Mom and for making Woodville not just a house but a home for her.

Sadly, having experienced or been involved with more than one care and or nursing home recently, I have seen the good, the okay and the bad. Clifton Court is certainly one of the best ones I have experienced. It's clean, it's warm, it's in good condition and the food is proper, freshly prepared and
a good quality. Looking after people like my mother who needed 24-hour full nursing care is challenging for anyone and I can honestly say that every single person here did their best to accommodate her needs. Always friendly, always warm and caring. There were challenging times, but I can honestly say that the quality of care, the nursing and the management, was from the heart.

I could not wish for a better care home for mum. Friendly, caring staff and always a familiar face. It was a big step for mum going into a home but she was made to feel so welcome on arrival. I was sure I had made the right decision about her care and after two years, this has proved to be so.
The
management is excellent, any queries or concerns I have are always addressed promptly. Mum is cared for as an individual and although often reluctant to join in with activities, she is given encouragement but never forced to take part.
This is a happy, homely, very well run care home and I am so glad to have found it for mum.

To the caring staff at Summerhill;
We visited our friend on the 27th of Dec 2024 who sadly had suffered a serious incident on the 24th. But made a remarkable recovery due we are sure to impeccable care. Whilst his memory is affected. His speech eyesight and sense of humour are in no way impaired. He
looked ten years younger than when he was admitted initially for respite in December 2023. Well fed, clean, tidy, and very much enjoying his new life in Summerhill. Long may it continue.

The Chimneys Care Home management is excellent. It's well-ran and hands-on. It has a lovely, friendly atmosphere and staff are welcoming. The care is excellent and they are respectful to the residents. They have activities and singing which is very good. My husband needs a special diet, which is well-managed
and food is brilliant. They try to make the same food as the other residents, so he feels the same as everyone else. Housekeeping is great, it's kept really clean, washing is lovely and clean and ironed. It's lovely, can't praise them enough.

Well - where to start! The Chimneys is a fabulous place! Mum loves it there and we call the staff her second family - all so kind, caring and friendly - nothing too much trouble and they treat the residents like family. The food is fantastic and the entertainment outstanding. They also look after visitors
and made a lovely cake for Dad's 94th birthday - so lovely!

As stated in previous correspondence, The Chimneys is a fine organisation. I recently attended a visitors' meeting which confirmed my view of the details concerning the ratings. The issue of value for money I have ticked based on comments from relatives. Christmas party staged today went off well. I
appreciate all that is done and consider myself friends with all who are at The Chimneys.

The nursing care is second to none. Our relative was so frail after hospitalisation that she was given only days to live. In 2 months, she has a stronger and healthier body thanks to a patient, pertinent feeding and care regime.
Her care is personalised daily according to her needs, whether she stays
in bed for the day, or joins in mealtimes and activities for a few hours. She describes every member of staff as kind and helpful.
Whilst the facilities and decor could be updated, the staff make us, as a family, feel that our relative is safe and in the best place for her needs.

Mum has been at Clifton Court now since May, she has now become very settled there despite a few issues.
The staff are fantastic and really care and I always feel happy that mum is being well looked after when I leave.
The nursing home is always clean and tidy and that goes for the residents too,
with clean clothes on everyday (I visit mum most days).
We have had few meetings with the manager and find her very approachable and very helpful.
I'm incredibly grateful to the home and the carers for what can be challenging work but it is always done with a smile on their faces.
Thank you.
