I am sorry to hear about your concerns regarding the outdoor facilities at The Red House. You will have noted that the home does have outdoor lighting installed, which follows the entirety of the homes' outdoor paths, but unfortunately this recently malfunctioned and although the repairs have been booked in, owing to Covid delays this has not yet been completed. As a temporary measure, we installed solar lighting which our other visits have found to be more than adequate.
Other than your journey from the driveway to our visiting booth, you have not provided any further information about the home and the excellent care we strive to provide. It's a shame that you have marked down many other important aspects of our service, without experiencing them properly. We would appreciate if you could make contact with us directly to outline your concerns, so that we may look into this and resolve them immediately. We are always looking to improve our service so all feedback is welcome.

This year especially, our staff have gone above and beyond to make sure our residents are safe and happy in these uncertain times. It's great news that our residents and staff have now received their vaccinations, so we can start thinking about getting back to normal! Until then, when this most recent lockdown ends we have our state-of-the-art visiting pod so that families and friends can still visit their loved ones whenever they would like.

Volunteering the responsibility of a loved one to carers can be daunting, but we endeavour to make that transition as easy as possible for residents and relatives alike. We've had to make some tough decisions to keep residents and staff safe, but you and many other relatives have been so supportive of the whole team.
