I am extremely happy that my dad is a resident here. I think everyone who works here are very caring and always make sure that all needs are taken care of.

I attended a weekly baby group here today where the residents and children spent time together which I believe is a great service and beneficial for all involved and amazing staff very attentive to all residence and visitors all residents appeared happy and engaged well with all what a beautiful home!

I feel very nice here and the staff are doing an amazing job. I like the food and activities are very relevant. My room is very clean thank you so much. Activity lady is going amazing job. Loving painting and arts and crafts session involving making a memory tree. I really enjoyed this activity.

This was short term emergency respite care, I have always been apprehensive about using this service, however, it surpassed my expectations. The allocated room was nicely furnished with its own toilet and sink and very clean. I found the management and staff to be very friendly, kind, caring and courteous
to both myself and my mum.
I cannot thank the Manager and her team enough for the kindness they have shown to mum.
The only improvement I could suggest would be intermittent air fresheners strategically placed.

The staff are compassionate, friendly and very supportive. The overall care that my mum has received has been excellent during a very difficult time in her life. The management staff are informative and any questions that I have are answered quickly and are approachable. Mum has settled in and more
importantly has a better quality of life, whilst still retaining her independence. She is regularly encouraged to join in with activities and also to join other residents in the communal areas. I would highly recommend Barnfield to anyone who is seeking care of a loved one.

This care home has gone above and beyond for my grandmother, she was really well looked after and managed to do things during her time here that she wouldn't have ever got to do.

Both my father in law and mother in law had been living at Holmewood Care Home this year until both of them passed away. The care they both recieved was 100%. Nothing is to much trouble for the carers, even when both of them were on palliative care, they would watch them right to the end. The entertainment
lady is so good with the residents, taking them out on outings, doing things in the home with them, singing in the rooms when poorly. Also the manager in the home will do anything to help, always comes around to speak to the residents and puts a lot of work into the home. I would highly recommend this home. The cleaners do the rooms everyday.

My father is a resident, he has been at Holmewood Care Home since February 2024 and settled immediately thanks to the lovely atmosphere and loving staff and carers. He is well cared for and seems genuinely happy and content. My Mum and I visit several times a week and he is always well dressed and clean.
His room and the communal areas are tidy. Dad has had a few health issues since moving in, but we are always kept well informed, he is well monitored and cared for when poorly and timely medical attention sought if necessary. The food is good, Dad eats well and is encouraged to stay hydrated with drinks he will enjoy.
Cannot fault the dedication of the staff, they work so hard.

My dad has been a resident at Longmoor Lodge Care Home for over 2 years. We are very happy with the service he has. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The manager is very friendly and approachable. Longmoor feels like home to me and my family which is a good vibe for my dad. I feel that when I

My husband has been in this care home for almost six months and although he took some time settling in, he is now very content. All the staff have been so encouraging and good to him that he responds to individuals always with a smile. They are all very approachable and always willing to talk with me.
When any incident has occurred, I have been contacted immediately. I found it very difficult in the early stages but over time, any worries have been relieved and I know that he is getting the care he needs.
