We have worked with the home to ensure everything possible is in place to mitigate further falls whilst understanding that it isn't possible to prevent every fall that might happen. We appreciate the opportunity to talk with staff at any time. Updates are always available when we visit. All the staff are kind and supportive. The Manager's office door is always open when she is not in a meeting. There are regular Resident and Relatives meetings (held separately) to listen to and involve people in decisions.

My brother and I visit the home regularly and we have a good relationship with the staff and are able to have a two way conversation if there are issues to be raised or addressed.

The food at the home is well cooked and looks appetising and my mum has gained weight while living here.

Zoom calls, although frequent, during Covid times, were difficult and certainly virtual visiting is not the same for the resident or family (in my opinion).
His room is clean and tidy, the food seems plentiful; the family are always welcome to visit and the manager will discuss any issue.
Coed Craig is ''home'' for my father and the staff are his ''family'' too, so I would like to say a huge thank you to those that care for him.

of the family newsletter - Famileo, where all our family and friends can post photos and messages to mum, we have noticed how she now has something to look forward to each week. Well done to the events coordinator for her unique ideas to keep all residents active and busy, such as the Italian week, the pub afternoon, Chinese New Year and very recently, Valentines Day.
