During his stay at Cedar Lodge, you and your brother always gave us much-needed support, and you were great. We would not have been able to do this without your help. We worked together from the time of admission to the time we all agreed that Dad needed a different placement, which provided and was able to meet your dad's complex care needs. We were in this together to the end. I have passed your compliment to the team who appreciated it. Thank you so much for your lovely recommendation, I have shared it with the whole team, and they were all smiles. Thank you for putting your mum into our care, and the one thing that struck us most is the way the family have involved Mum in the decision-making, to allow her to make informed choices. We worked together to allow Mum to go back home for the weekend to determine if she could cope alone at home and she made a conscious decision to stay with us at Cedar Lodge. We would like to thank you for the support and care you give to Mum; Mum has made great friends and we have seen her support others which is of great help. We will continue to endeavour to deliver person-centred care to all residents under our care and Mum is one of them.
