At Trent Bridge, we pride ourselves on providing high quality care in a beautiful, purpose-built environment. We believe that whilst the environment and facilities are important, this does not replace the best standards in person-centred care, we acknowledge that this review recognises the brilliant care delivered by the team. Thank you for those comments. As a home, we monitor team levels and are happy to share that the levels delivered exceed those currently required. In addition to the brilliant care team members, the home has a whole host of other support services. We wish for all visitors to see this as a home away from home, however, do ask that we observe some discretion around mealtimes. We have asked that the home receives notice of any visits during mealtimes so the home can plan accordingly. Whilst we refute some of the other elements of this review, we are always wanting to seek feedback and should the reviewer wish to raise a complaint we will investigate accordingly.
