Ashton View Care Home is the best. I would recommend Ashton View to anyone. The management and staff are fantastic looking after her care and needs and support me when I need it. I miss her not being at home with me but I am content knowing she is safe and being well looked after and cared for. I cannot
thank the staff enough for what they do for her, please accept my heartfelt thanks and gratitude for what you do for her. Thank you so much.

Avonleigh is a wonderful care home, all the staff are very attentive and caring and are always willing to help my grandma. She has seemed so much happier whilst residing at Avoleigh, it is good to see her being social and enjoying the activities.

My Mother-in-Law came to Avonleigh Gardens in December 2024 after an 11 week stay in hospital. We, as a family, were concerned as to whether we had made the right decision for her at the time, but can now honestly say that it has been the best decision we could have made for her.
Staff are always kind
and caring and take time to listen to residents when they are upset or confused.
Personal care and hygiene is completed with patience and understanding.
As a family, we are happy with all aspects of care given at Avonleigh.

My mum is well looked after at Dean Wood Manor. Her Alzheimer's is advanced and she can no longer communicate her needs. However the staff do everything they can to anticipate them.

Overall the inside needs improvement and people would be put of by this, but for myself, I looked beyond this, the staff and standard of care is totally outstanding to each and every client. So warm, welcoming, friendly and very educated to each individuals needs, nothing is every to much trouble,a
always well staffed and client never left unattended, the client are away very Tidy and clean, Well dressed, the meals are very high quality and snaks Given throughout the day, its always warm, the clients are stimulated and regular moved to support pressure I'm overwelmed to how outstanding this service is ran. I am very impressed by the care my partner's mum receives at Ashton View Care Home. The staff are excellent; they treat everyone with respect and dignity and every time I visit I am impressed with the loving care they give to residents. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff at Ashton View and this
can be seen when visiting by the way they are attentive and focused on the individual needs of every resident. The Gerard unit where my partner's mum resides is extremely well managed and run by loving, caring staff and I am confident that she is receiving the highest standard of care. To sum up I would describe the staff as professional and dedicated whilst at the same time compassionate, thoughtful and caring, providing an environment that is welcoming to residents and visitors alike. The staff are what makes Ashton View special. After experiencing a number of other care homes I would not hesitate to recommend Ashton View Care Home. Thank you to everyone

Amazing service from all of the carers, my Grandad has settled in better than I could have imagined. He has made a huge improvement in his health since being in Avonleigh Gardens. I can't thank them enough.

My grandad has settled in here at Avonleigh Gardens brilliantly, I am so happy with everything they have done for him. Excellent staff and services for the residents. He loves the food and has even had his hair cut, which is a massive achievement!

Gerrard community have the most amazing and caring staff. My dad became a resident this year. As a retired nurse myself I can only thank them for all they do. The staff update us regularly on my dads behaviour, well-being and care. They constantly keep us up to date and informed in all aspects of his

My brother in law has been in Ashton View for a few months. he has gained back his confidents back and social skills, I was unsure at him going into the home, but I didn't need to be worried the staff are amazing and approachable keeping me informed of his well being. always something going on within
the home plus trips out, the managers door is always open if any concerns, Definitely chosen the right home for him.

Overall impression of the care home is excellent. I am particularly impressed with the attentive care given to Dad by all the staff, managers, carers and assistants. I am also impressed their staff have encouraged Dad to participate in events which he seems to enjoy. Dad has always been a solitary person
but was showing signs of anxiety at home alone. He is now completely relaxed so I can only thank the staff for all they do.

I found the staff to be very welcoming and friendly. The residents appear to be well looked after and settled. The care home has a very homely atmosphere and feel. The staff are attentive to the needs of the residents. I feel that my father-in-law is settled in the care home and seems content.

It's good to find a home of this level and the care given by all the staff looking after my mother is outstanding.
Everyone really helped in settling her in and looking after her.
It's a difficult time when this happens but they help every step of the way.

It was wonderful to see the resident well cared for and comfortable in his favourite chair. I had never visited before and appreciated the bay window (with his cards) and the fireplace and Christmas tree looking like a lovely lounge room. The staff were friendly and most attentive to the residents.
It is a peace of mind knowing he lives here. Thank you.
