The staff are fabulous and so caring and hardworking. They are very welcoming to visitors and extremely helpful. I would recommend St Catherine's to anyone looking for a care home setting for their loved one. The staff liaise well with the family, keeping us informed and we have lots of input into how
best to help Mum and feel listened to and considered in her care.

My mother-in-law has been a resident for 14 months. The family are extremely pleased with the care she is receiving. The activities they do with the residents are second to none. We couldn't ask for better care. Well done everyone!

Mum was admitted to St Catherine's for palliative care as we knew she didn't have a lot of time left. Nevertheless, the staff were very caring and welcoming from day one. Everyone showed such care and compassion for Mum and they were very supportive towards the family. It was so reassuring to know Mum
was safe and cared for and the staff would call us right away if Mum's condition changed. We were welcome to visit as much and whenever we wanted. When Mum passed the staff could not have been any kinder. So very grateful for everything.

Having had Mum as a resident for the past 18 months, when the time came for Dad to need extra help and support, St Catherine's was the obvious choice.
Caring and first-class nurses and carer staff looked after him superbly until his sad passing.

Mum came to live at St Catherine's last week. She is settling in well and all the staff are friendly and approachable. It's great that when Dad visits that he can join her for lunch if he wants. We have now experienced six months of the care provided by St Catherine's Care Home and continue to be impressed with all aspects of the nursing home. Nothing seems to be too much trouble and it is apparent that all staff have a wonderful attitude to the care, support and well-being they give to the
residents. This is much appreciated by my sister and all her family, knowing she is in a safe and caring environment. St Catherine's happily considered her home.
