My friend has been a resident of Lansdowne for about 15 months. I have visited her on several occasions and have been impressed by the excellent care she receives. Her health has stabilised since she has been living here. So is good to see her settled and happy especially today on her 80th birthday.

Sadly my father in law only got to spend a short time here as he was very ill, when we visited to look over the home we got an immediate feeling that it was the best place for him. The manager was very nice and took us on a tour of the home to show us around nothing seemed to much trouble and he made
sure we saw all areas of the home and facilities available. Whilst dad was a resident he was clean, comfortable and safe. The communication regarding dads health was very good. We were very happy with the staff all round and we were always greeted with friendliness and a smile. Thank you so much to the manager and his team for making dads last days as comfortable and dignified as possible.

Myself, my wife and family would like to thank the manager & his team at Kingston Care Home, for the outstanding quality of care our Mum/Nan is receiving. Our Mum was placed here at the end of last year, she has been in 2 previous homes where she was extremely unhappy & was not settling. Since being
with the manager & his team, she has settled, she loves the carers, the food & the home in general. The service she is receiving is 2nd to none, the home is clean, the food is lovely and well presented, her needs are taken care of, she is treated with dignity & respect. She isn't the most easiest of people to please and can be quite challenging at times but the staff know how to deal with her on her bad days, calming her down & making her feel safe and comfortable again. There is always someone to speak to & we get regular updates. We honestly can't thank the manager and his team enough. We highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone looking for somewhere for their loved 1.

The staff are wonderfully cheerful and very caring to the patients. The staff ensure all the patients' needs are cared for with a smile. The staff are very patient with the patients. The staff also ensure patients like my mother are involved in activities so they don't just sit in their rooms, enabling

My sister became a resident recently and was made very welcome by all the staff. Her room was freshly decorated with colours that my sister chose, a handyman is always on hand to personalise the room, hang photos, fit shelves where wanted etc.
Although the staff are very busy, they always take care
of my sister's needs, physical and medical, to the point where she was accompanied to an outside medical appointment.
All in all, I am very pleased.

I am so very glad that my mum is part of the Lansdowne Care Home big happy family. All the staff are so caring, kind, professional, attentive and treat my mum like part of their family. My mum is happy to join in the big range of fun activities, celebrations and events. She now loves to dance and sing.
