Frequent care checks for Auntie but not intrusive. All staff introduced themselves to us and asked our names.
Offered drinks and allowed privacy to enjoy our visit.
Care home was spotlessly clean, inviting
Excellent first impressions and reassuring to feel that our Auntie is well cared for.

We are always aware of activities and where my dad has been and we are very grateful to the lady in activities to spend the time with him.

The head housekeeper is now running training sessions for all new starters to ensure clothes are washed on the correct cycle, we're very happy to hear that there have been no issues since.
