Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. All feedback here at Kirkley Lodge is hugely important to us and providing the best care for our residents is our priority. Feedback regarding our staff has always been very positive and we have an all team approach to ensure the wellbeing of our residents and to support their loved ones as appropriate. All our residents are offered a minimum of two baths/showers per week unless requested otherwise by the resident. Our housekeeping team have robust rotas in place to ensure Kirkley Lodge is regularly cleaned. We take this feedback very seriously and would be keen to discuss this further to ensure we can understand and implement actions accordingly. My door is always open or please do call me anytime. The safety and wellbeing of our residents is always our priority, where we use a dependency tool to calculate the required number of colleagues on each shift to provide the best support. Thank you for taking the time to discuss food with us, where our menus are cooked freshly on site to suit our residents' dietary needs and preferences. I apologise that items have been misplaced and I'm happy to discuss this and any other feedback at a mutually convenient time, where my door is always open.

Thank you for taking the time to review Millbeck and we are pleased that you rate our care/ support as excellent. I appreciate you taking the time to discuss your feedback with me in terms of your Mum's care. We're happy to update our residents' rooms as needed, by re-decorating and arranging new curtains etc. Our residents help plan our menus, which are updated each season. However, there are always alternatives available for our residents. The safety of our residents and colleagues is our priority, so our main door remains secure and requires a colleague to open this for visitors. At busier times, this may take a little more time. I'm always happy to discuss all aspects of our care day-to-day life at a mutually convenient time.
