Thank you for taking the time to review Selkirk House and we are pleased you rate our overall experience as excellent. I will pass your kind comments regarding my team on. We have in recent weeks updated our dining room to ensure a more enjoyable dining experience, where all furniture and fittings have been chosen by our residents. We have recently had a change in kitchen staff and every lunch service, our Chef Manager discusses the meal with residents and gains their feedback. We have regular entertainment in and a varied activity planner, we have a dedicated activity champion, who offers one-to-one activities with your loved one, as she chooses not to participate in many group activities. We regularly review all aspects of living at Selkirk House and encourage residents and their loved ones to feedback to enable us to continually improve.
