Beechfield Lodge is a modern purpose built care home with excellent facilities. Resident's rooms are spacious and most have a separate bath/showerroom and kitchen. The home is kept very clean and has a pleasant odour. Staff are professional and approachable. The carers treat the residents with kindness
and respect and the residents always appeared settled and happy. There are enclosed secure gardens for residents to enjoy. I cannot fault the home in any way. Thank you.

My mother has been here for 2.5 years. I cannot fault the place. The staff are amazing, residents always well dressed, look clean & tidy. The care home itself is well kept, clean tidy, no offensive smells. Bright, fresh, airy.
I every over heard 2 residents talking to one and other expressing how happy
they are to live at Beechfield.
Thats the best review ever when residents express it.

Whilst my mother has been a resident of Beechfield Lodge, she has lived in a very comfortable clean flat of her own. She has access to communal areas and mixed with other residents enjoying entertainment, activities & weekly trips. It has given me peace of mind knowing she was well looked after and
happy.
I cannot fault the care she has received plus the dignity she deserved in her final days with many staff going above & beyond their expected duties. I am forever grateful for all they have provided.

From the moment my mum was admitted to Israel Sieff Court, the care has been exemplary. They are always understanding her needs and personal preferences. She has been treated with kindness and dignity. This relates to everyone working here, from the cleaners, laundry lady, carers, and facilitators,
but in particular the carers. Her room is lovely, always clean and tidy. My bother and I have been very pleased, particularly at the beginning, which was a difficult situation; dealt with so well by Israel Sieff Court.

Margaret has been a resident at Hatton Grange for 5 years next month. She is going to be 104 in August. The care she has had for all the years and continues to be is exemplary.
That care is not just physical, because she is unable to walk, but the love and kindness that she receives is very much appreciated
by her family. Also the management of the home is excellent.

I'm the daughter of one of the residents here. She is still getting used to the other residents, staff and environment. We as a family are very happy she is here. The staff and management are very professional, caring and eager to help. They keep us informed of any changes, appointments and how Mum
is coping. The rooms are nice, clean and modern. The food is nice and homemade. We know our mum is safe here.

Hatton Grange

My mum is new to the care home but excellent first impressions. Hatton Grange is clean and tidy and I brought some of my mum's pictures and bedding to make her bedroom more like home. All the staff I have met are friendly and approachable. There is a good choice of food and Mum is eating more now. There
are several floors, with each floor having its own sitting and dining room, so there are small groups to manage. My mum is at risk of falling, so they check through the night but there is also a sensor in her bedroom which shows movement for added protection. Helps put my mind at rest.
