Thank you for your review of our flagship home. We are pleased to hear that your husband is happy in the home. We would like to reassure you that we do hold regular relatives meetings and will ensure you have dates of future meetings. Our Manager operates an ‘open door’ policy so is always available to address individual concerns. All our staff undergo regular training and are currently taking part in Customer Care Training.
