Excellent staff. Very friendly. My cousin seems to be well cared-for here. (And the recent renovations are amazing!). The garden is so much better these days (though you might want to sort out the tree roots (or use a plastic ramp) for easier wheelchair access

I am here 3-4 hours a day for the last two years and I am very pleased with everything.
The staff are fantastic and the management is great. A really happy, well organised place to be, full of love, great care & kindness.

Very helpful staff always ready to help. The home is very clean, the room is spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The food has always been very well cooked and presented, plenty of variety. My mother's treatment and care has been amazing. I have had an extremely good experience with all the staff and they are always kind and cheerful and helpful. The nursing staff have looked after my mother's leg problems and kept me informed regularly when she has seen the doctor. My experience and that
of my mother's has been that she was always treated with dignity, love and attention. Thank you to everyone for her care.

Our relative was resistant to residential care given he had been on his own for past 40 years. He was not very sociable to begin with but perseverance of the staff at Coplands Nursing Home, their enthusiasm and encouragement has seen him take part in many activities now the nurses keep an eye on his
medical needs, monitor health and well being and are helpful in discussing his care needs. All the staff are very friendly, approachable and listen to any concerns, which they act upon. The care home is ran in a very positive atmosphere and we can see that our relative is benefitting from the care support he is receiving.

I cannot fault the care and compassion shown to my mother during the 10 months she was a resident at Eltandia Hall. It almost 2 years since my dad moved into the Knights Court Care home. He is very happy there, the nurses and carers are all very friendly, helpful, and fond of him. The care home is always very clean, tidy, and hygienic. The care home location is ideally situated for our family as it is close by and
easily accessible via M25 and M1. The train and bus station and the local shopping centre are within walking distance and there are plenty of local shops and restaurants nearby. I would recommend this care home.

The home manager really does make every effort to promote quality of life and personal choice for the resident. All the staff are so welcoming and friendly to my auntie and all family. Home is so clean. Chef keeps coming and asking my auntie what she likes to eat. I am really impressed and recommend
this home to keep your loved one, no doubt this home is A star. In future, if I need a care home, I want to stay in this home.

Unfortunately from May last year, I have had to have my husband placed in Ashmead Care Centre. As a retired nurse myself I found this very difficult as I was also a dementia nurse and believed I was more than capable of his care which proved not to be the case. After 5 years of caring for him at home,
it soon became obvious that the time had come to have him put into a care home, finally, I settled on Ashmead Putney I could never have believed these people who run this home could have been such amazing people. They show empathy for both residents and families, the home is beautifully clean, I have always felt welcomed, I could not have ever asked for more my husband is well cared for their meals are amazing in beautiful dining rooms. The staff are gentle and caring. I'm kept informed of all his care and any issues, they go out of their way to make it feel like home management acts on any issue immediately thank you so much you are amazing.

Appletree Court is the nicest kindest care home I have ever seen. It is extremely well managed and the food is good. The love and care my dad gets is wonderful and appreciated.
The manager runs an excellent care home.
The nurse is kind caring and knowledgeable. The entertainment officer is worth
her weight in gold. All of the staff are lovely and kind. A great care home.

I would like to thank you for the loving care everyone at Ashmead showed my husband and us his family. There was always an open-door policy and we could come and go as our timetables allowed us. Grandchildren visited with great delight and Gracie our dog was also welcome. This was all a special bonus
for my husband. The staff were always friendly and committed and showed a deep empathy. Considering the challenges of their profession it is truly impressive.
