My friend only spent a week here but in that time he received such good care and nursing. All the staff I met, clinical, admin and housekeeping were professional and friendly. We were treated with respect and compassion by everyone. It is reassuring when you can leave a loved one and feel they are in
safe hands. The home itself is modern and well maintained with a lovely garden and the ambience is very warm and welcoming.

I don't see my mother often but since new management I feel happy in the knowledge my mother aged 99 is being well cared for. All the staff are friendly and caring and they encourage my mother to leave her room which is not easy due to her hallucinations. Mum's room is clean and tidy. I also notice
there are always staff about which is important as I know they are popping in and keeping an eye on her. We recently celebrated Mum's 99th which the staff did beautifully. I feel confident that Mum is being looked after.

Westcombe Park is a very homely and kind care home. All the staff are happy, caring, knowledgeable, and experienced. Communication and service is excellent and the activities and specialisation are appreciated. The care home is well maintained, clean and tidy. The room and facilities are fabulous and
the environment is a 'home from home'. The food unfortunately could still be better. The variety is perfect but the cooking standard could be better.

It has been a year since my brother-in-law had to move into Manley Court, when he first moved arrived at the care home, he was in a bit of a sorry state, a good few health issues, bed-ridden and confused. One year he is a different person, he looks so much better, healthier, is now able spend time sitting
in a lovely padded adjustable chair, more importantly he is happy, settled and in a safe environment.
I would like to give a big thank your too a particular member of staff and her Team for the patience they have shown him, the great care they have provide, without their help, support understanding he would definitely not look like he does now, today was a prime example, before we arrived her and team who take care of his needs on a day to day basis , had decorated his room with happy birthday banners, presented him with a cake and sang happy birthday, the daily task they have to undertake is not easy and yet they took the time to put a smile on his face well done Manley Court.

My mother has been a resident here for nearly a year. We are very happy with the care and attention she has been receiving.
The staff are very patient and attentive to her every needs.
I don't think we could have looked after or cared for my mother any better ourselves if she were living with us.
I
visit her very frequently - every other day - and when I leave her after my visit, I know that she is in good hands and don't worry about her.

I have been here to see my mum everyday. She gave me the feedback, what she has ate for lunch and it was very tasty she likes the food and very happy and satisfied.
She has been looked after very well and pleased with her personal hygiene, changing her clothes, combed hair and changed her bedsheets
etc. She can communicate with the carer and tell them if she needs something. Overall she is happy here.

We enjoy our visits to Nairm House. The staff are always friendly and obliging. My mother in law always seems happy with her room and interacts with staff on a really friendly basis.
She enjoys company and needs to get out more, but this is due to her reluctance to be moved from the safety of her
bed/room.
