Your aunt was a wonderful character and a pleasure to look after and she will be missed by residents and staff. Hello. Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you felt some staff were not trained to make a bed. We will look into this and ensure going forward that beds are made correctly. Our care team undertake a comprehensive induction and are supervised through this. We will review our processes. I was glad to see that on occasions when you felt cold you were provided with a blanket. In regard to our mattresses the outer cover is made from Polyurethane which is a plastic material, and not rubber. Had we been aware of your discomfort we could have supplied a mattress topper.

Our staffing levels are constantly under review and adjusted accordingly, to our residents dependencies. There may have been agency staff on duty, we have now successfully recruited our own part- and full-time staff.
