I have spent 4 days, going home on the 5th day, l don't know where to start. I went to see my brother and to help him unpack on 2nd December unfortunately he had a fall and broke his hip so spent the whole time l was there in hospital. I have unpacked for him and his flat is ready for him to be comfortable.
l had time to see how the care staff work and l have nothing but the highest praise for them they are so caring and take their job seriously. All l can do is thank them and know that my brother will be well looked after.

I cannot praise Hartfields enough she lived there for 7 years and ended up receiving 50 hours of care a week due to her Parkinson's Disease. The staff are outstanding brilliant carers they treat my mam with the upmost respect and dignity. She was loved and looked on the staff as friends. The management
went above and beyond to support my mam so she could spend her final days in her own home and supported myself in a really difficult time. I could always rely on their help and guidance.

Management is saying it is not a care home, yet it is stated as a care home. Facilities are not as advertised. No pool, no restaurant as subscribed, residents not happy petition. Please be aware if you are coming into Hartfields, check the small print. Couple just moved in under false pretence. No spa,
getting rid of restaurant meals, not meals only available Friday. Seven Sunday staff getting laid off. Staff has been there 14 years and offers alternative cleaning jobs. Appalling way to treat devoted staff.
