Overall Experience

Fantastic home with a lovely atmosphere and great staff. Very welcoming. We have noticed a very positive difference in her demeanour since being at Goldsborough. She is happy and well cared for and treated with dignity & respect.

Overall Experience

In the months mum has been here she's clearly been well looked after and her life has been greatly improved. Her relationship with the staff is a big part of this I believe. We all feel like a part of a new Goldsborough family. I can't recommend Goldsborough enough.

Overall Experience

The care my mum has received at Goldsborough Manor has been excellent. She has been made very comfortable and most importantly feels safe. The staff are always very welcoming of family and visitors and go above and beyond to create a home from home. As a family we have also appreciated the support given

in managing mum's health needs and flexibility of care whilst she awaits surgery.

I can't recommend highly enough the caring service Goldsborough provides. Every member of staff has worked so hard to help my dad settle and they always communicate clearly over every aspect of his care. Overall Experience

Kensington Care Home is beautiful just like a cruise line I always feel on entering. My mum has had wonderful care within a lovely team, looking after her every need with great care & attention to detail.
The family have been impressed with the way our requests & requirements have been taken into account

leading to an optimum solution regarding the care of our Mother. She has always been happy at Kensington & relaxed, enjoying having her nails and hair done every week & other activities.

Overall Experience

We did extensive research in choosing a care home for Mum. Kensington was in a different league as compared to others we viewed in the Northallerton area and both our parents had ensured that there were sufficient funds available to obtain the best care. The facilities are akin to a 4-star hotel but

the real standout was the staff. At every interaction over the course of Mum's respite stay, the staff, whether they were carers, housekeepers, or administrators, were incredibly caring and sympathetic. Unfortunately, our Mum did not stay with us long enough for her to take full advantage of the safe, comfortable, clean, and friendly environment at Kensington but I have no hesitation in recommending this care home to anyone looking to provide the very best for their loved one.

Overall Experience

I am very impressed with the care given to my friend. The staff are friendly, empathetic and nothing is too much trouble. In particular, the house keeper at The Kensington Nursing Home has shown tremendous kindness and thoughtfulness.

The care received from the Kensington for my aunt was excellent throughout her entire time at the care home. She had loving care which was very reassuring as we live a long distance from the area.

Overall Experience

A large room with a well appointed ensuite bathroom. Staff are friendly, polite, respectful and very eager to help with any requests. There is flexibility around mealtimes, according to my needs. Housekeeping ensures I have all the equipment I need to make my stay comfortable. Staff regularly check

in with me to see if I need anything. Kensington is my care home of choice for the excellent care they give with respect and dignity.

Overall Experience

The care my Mother receives has been second to none. I can only thank the staff at Northallerton for the beautiful way they treat her. The home is spotlessly clean and tidy. The welcome we receive each day when visiting is lovely - nothing is too much, whatever our request, it is done.
Mum is happy

and comfortable, her safety is a priority and the food is amazing. It always looks so delicious. I can only say thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Overall Experience

This is a beautiful home, with all needs catered for. The decor is stunning in every part of the home. From the minute you walk in it feels like a 5* star hotel, with attentive, friendly and professional staff who take their job seriously. It is apparent just how much they care about the residents.

This is without doubt the best home I have ever been in.

I can't fault Osborne House and their amazing staff. I have my mum in residential care and my dad in dementia care. Both are looked after superbly. Always clean and well dressed. Always spoken to with dignity and respect. They also care about families too. The activities they provide are brilliant and

keep residents engaged and supports them to build up friendships.

Overall Experience

I cannot recommend Osborne House in Selby highly enough. Their staff have shown my dad (a new resident) an enormous amount of care, compassion and understanding during his time with them. They go over and above to ensure care is personalised and reach out to support families, keeping them fully informed

at every stage. My trust in the service they are providing already far outstrips anything previously experienced with other care providers who have looked after my dad.

My wife entered full time dementia care in November 2023, since which time I can only praise the staff for their dedication and commitment to their patients care and to all ancillary staff for their attention to their care. Overall Experience

The home my partner was in was closed by the Council. Therefore, they moved him to this beautiful Care Home, Osborne House which is nearer to where I live, another bonus. It was such a relief to me that my partner was going there.
The home is just so warm and very welcoming. The manager, carers and

clerical staff have helped so much with the transmission of my loved one which took so much pressure off me. The home is exceptionally clean with no 'care home' smell. Just lovely.
The decor is first class, sumptuous and so like a home from home.
I really cannot recommend this home enough. The worry of getting my loved one settled has been a great weight off my mind.
