We are perplexed that you would leave such a disparaging review of our service, especially when you spent months fighting hard to prevent your relative from leaving our care! We understand your frustration at having to leave our wonderful care home, but our registration only covers residential care, not nursing or EMI. We refute these allegations in the strongest terms and note that you only raised them after leaving our service. Don't be a keyboard warrior, accept our invitation to meet to discuss your concerns in person so we may at least have the right to reply.

Beddell House was rated as Good in our most recent inspection and is always fully staffed to meet our residents' needs. We provide first-class, award-winning food, which is nutritionally balanced and tailored to the needs of every individual. Our care staff are highly trained caring individuals who work hard to give the residents a high quality of life, therefore it is sad to receive such a negative public review, especially when we have informal and formal policies and procedures in place for families or residents to discuss their concerns at the time they occur.

I was treated with the utmost care and nothing too much trouble. I observed that all residents received the same treatment by Staff and nothing was too much trouble to them. They went about their jobs with a smile
